On our way home from Portland we stopped by a yummy store..and they had Santa and a reindeer outside. Megan could have cared less about him but she was VERY excited about stealing a candy cane from his bag...but we missed that picture :-)

Not quite to the ceiling but it looks wonderful, and Megan loves it! She was taste testing the pine needles this morning :-)
